This website introduces jewelry, gemstones, craftsmanship and private commissions. It is an informational and enquiry website. It does not currently provide an online checkout. Sending a message, requesting information or discussing an idea does not by itself create a purchase, confirmed appointment or binding commission.
3. Products, images and descriptions
Images illustrate the pieces or creative possibilities described on the relevant page. Screen settings, lighting and photography can affect color and apparent scale. Descriptions, weights, dimensions, metal specifications and availability must be confirmed for the particular piece before any agreement. A historical or illustrative image is not a certificate or a guarantee concerning a current product.
4. Gemstone information and documentation
Any representation about a specific gemstone’s identity, origin, treatment, natural or laboratory-grown status, or accompanying laboratory report must be confirmed for that stone in the relevant documentation. General educational information does not replace an individual examination, laboratory report or agreed product specification.
5. Private commissions and appointments
The scope, design, materials, price, deposits, expected timing and other conditions of a commission are agreed separately. Any applicable cancellation, return, alteration, delivery or warranty terms will be provided for the relevant transaction; they are not created by a general website description. Your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.
6. No investment or valuation advice
Jewelry and gemstones may have personal, aesthetic and collectible value. Website content does not guarantee appreciation, resale value, liquidity or investment returns and is not investment advice. A valuation, insurance assessment or buyback arrangement requires a separate express agreement.

Original website text, design and other original material are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party photographs, historical documents, trademarks and other referenced material remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Do not submit unlawful, fraudulent, threatening or infringing content, impersonate another person, transmit malicious code or interfere with website security. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identity documents or confidential materials through the public enquiry form. The contact form uses FormSubmit and forwards enquiries to Gmail. WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Maps and other external services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
